Service

The Service refers to our paid, off-platform visibility promotion designed to increase organic views on a public Elite Prospects player profile link submitted by the Client.

Client

The Client (“you”) is the person purchasing the Service and submitting a public Elite Prospects profile for promotion.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent. You must have full rights to the Elite Prospects profile you provide, and it must be publicly accessible.

Service Description

Elite Views Booster provides off-platform promotion to increase organic profile visibility, view count growth, and ranking improvements for the Elite Prospects profile you supply. Promotion channels may include hockey-related communities, fan groups, player development forums, social media, and sports traffic networks.

We never request login credentials. We do not modify your EP profile in any way. Results may vary depending on player level, market attention, scouts' interest patterns, seasonal cycles, and Elite Prospects’ internal algorithms.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide a valid public Elite Prospects profile link.
• Ensure you own the rights to promote the profile.
• Ensure the profile contains no offensive, illegal, or misleading content.
• Understand that increased views do not guarantee contracts, ranking jumps, or recruiter outreach.

View Guarantees & Performance

Each package contains a guaranteed number of organic profile views. Delivery windows represent the maximum promotion period. Completed orders are defined by delivery of the guaranteed views, even if delivered faster than the stated window.

Prohibited Content

We may refuse service for profiles containing falsified achievements, impersonation, hate speech, illegal activity, or inappropriate behavior. If identified before promotion begins, a full refund is issued. If identified after promotion starts, a partial refund may be issued depending on progress.

Refunds & Cancellations

You may request cancellation anytime before guaranteed view delivery. After completion, refunds are not available except under exceptional circumstances. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Limitations of Liability

Elite Views Booster is not responsible for downstream decisions made by scouts, teams, schools, recruiters, or Elite Prospects itself. We are not liable for indirect damages, including lost opportunities or professional outcomes. Our total liability is limited to the total amount you paid for the specific order.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Elite Views Booster harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.

Changes to the Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page.
